Return and Refund Policy
1) Eligibility Period:
You have up to 3 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
2) Acceptable Return Circumstances:
Customers may request a return under the following circumstances:
a) Damaged or defective item
b) Incorrect item delivered
c) Color different from description
3) How to Request a Return:
To initiate a return, kindly send an email to indygenousfashions@gmail.com with your order details and the reason for return. If the item is damaged or incorrect, please attach photographs of the product, price tag, and packaging cover as received.
4) Approval Process:
Our dedicated support team will review and approve your return request.

6) Return Conditions:
Returned products must be in their original, unaltered, and unused condition. The price tag must remain in its original fixed position. Removal or cutting of the price tag will result in rejection. Additionally, the product’s folding must be intact.
7) Reverse Pick-Up:
Reverse pick-up service is available for approved returns.
8) Logistic Charges:
A nominal logistic charge of Rs. 75/- per item will apply to free shipping orders for onward and return shipments.
9) Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed upon receiving and approving the returned item through our quality assurance team. The refund amount will cover the product cost only. Other expenses incurred by the company or customer will not be refunded.
10) Refund Method and Timeline:
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment mode used for the order. Please allow 7 to 10 working days from the initiation date for the refund to reflect.
